The KIT system consists of few pieces that, together with standard three layer panels, form panels of large surface areas.
Double “C” bracket
Hooked to the Omega with special connections
to support the tie rod butterfly nuts.
Lengths 100 – 150 -200 – 250 cm.
Big Panels
By arranging properly the starts and KIT "U" irons, 100 cm and 150 cm, it is possible to obtain big panels of any length and height, multiple of approx. 50 cm.
To get the desired length, big panels can be coupled with the specific connecting clamp.
Connection and compensation between big panels
Big panels are assembled using a connecting clamps.
For size compensation up to 45 cm, a compensation connecting clamp is used.
Tie rods are made in high-strength steel with large pitch threading to avoid seizing and facilitate screwing them in.
Sizes: 50 - 75 - 85 - 100 - 150 - 200 cm
Butterfly nuts are made in hot pressed steel and screwed on tie rods.
Lifting hooks are used to move the assembled big panels from one concrete casting to another.
Iron elements Internal and external angles are fastened to the big panels with connecting clamp.
Normal and semi-hole compensator tubes are used as shims in between big panels and angular elements, in order to obtain the required wall thickness (multiple of 5 cm).
Compensator sheets are used to compensate intermediate sizes from 0 cm to 15 cm.
Oblique props and gangways
Oblique props and supports for gangways can be assembled in the most convenient position in the omega holes.
