The KIT system consists of few pieces that, together with standard three layer panels, form panels of large surface areas.
Modules
By arranging properly the starts and U-shaped channels, 100 cm and 150 cm, it is possible to obtain modules of any length and height, multiple of approx. 50 cm.
To get the desired length, modules can be coupled with the specific union vices.
Unions and compensation between modules
Modules are assembled using a union vice.
For size compensation up to 45 cm, a compensate union vice is used.
Tie rods are made in high-strength steel with large pitch threading to avoid seizing and facilitate screwing them in.
Sizes: 50 - 75 - 85 - 100 - 150 - 200 cm
Butterfly nuts are made in hot pressed steel and screwed on tie rods.
Lifting hooks are used to move the assembled modules from one concrete casting to another.
Iron elements Internal and external angles are fastened to the modules with union vices.
Ashalar work extensions are used as shims in between modules and angular elements, in order to obtain the required wall thickness (multiple of 5 cm).
Extension sheets are used to compensate intermediate sizes from 0 cm to 12.5 cm.
Sealings and gangways
Sealings and service supports can be assembled in the most convenient position in the omega holes.
