"U" irons
They are obtained by forming the bar, which ensures a better resistance thanks to the harmonic and progressive folding of edges.
To start a formwork: 63 - 113 - 163 cm
According to the formwork type, the 13-cm extension and its hole allow introducing the first wedge and the use of a start board on which the whole cribbing rests.
To continue upwards: 50 - 100 - 150 cm
Place irons to start formwork one over the other with a wedge. On the last row, U-irons and spacers are locked with wedges.
U-irons are available in 120-piece packs.
U-irons and the straps with hook can be used in combination. |

In the last row, straps and spacers are locked in place with wedges.
Stirrups with hook are available in 200-piece packs.
Strirrups with hook and U-irons can be used in combination.

Holzschutz Dismantling fluid BIO90
"Holzschutz" dismantling fluid is a top-quality emulsifiabe de-moulding oil that guarantees easy removal of concrete and a long panel life. Surfaces treated with "Holzschutz" are protected by a resistant film that ensures optimum finishing of the constructions. This newly-designed product features high biodegradability and total absence of nonylphenols, which are replaced with plant-derived emulsifying agents. This product has been developed and enhanced to comply with the most recent regulations related to environmental impact - Directive 2003/53/EEC. This dismantling fluid easily emulsifies in water, 1 to 20 ratios (on new formworks, 1 to 10 ratio is recommended the same as for formworks used in dry or salty environments or when exposed to the sun). Once it has emulsified, this agent becomes a semi-fluid and milky paste that can be easily poured and has good stability. The product is packed in 25-l plastic drums. Estimated yield: 25 ÷45 sqm per litre of dismantling fluid
Use:
- slowly pour the product into water, shake mechanically until a stable milk-white emulsion is obtained;
- use the recommended quantity; the emulsified concentrate can be stored for long periods;
- it is advisable to store the product in closed rooms; close the packaging after use;
- avoid exposures to temperatures below 5 °C.

Holzschutz Dismantling fluid WOOD/IRON
It is an integral dismantling fluid for iron and iron-wood formworks, with special additives that protect iron parts of formworks against rust and corrosion caused by special environmental conditions (e.g. mist, salty environment) or not-frequent use. Suitable for every type of cement constructions, to be used for de-moulding structural and public use elements such as: floors of clay/cement mix, exposed walls, slabs, etc. It should be used undiluted and, thanks to its low viscosity, it can be sprayed or applied with a scrubbing-brush, also using a hand-operated pump. It does not have ‘toxic/harmful’ components; it is advisable to comply with the use instructions for dismantling fluid. Avoid exposing the emulsion and the product to temperatures below 5° C.
Inflammable over 160 degrees. Packed and supplied in 25-l plastic drums. Estimated yield: 40÷60 sqm per litre of dismantling fluid.
