For a circular wall with a 3 m. minimum radius, to build 3 metres of external circumference, the following products in the indicated quantities are needed:
For a circular formwork, use multilayered panels suitable to be bent.
The assembly operation is carried out on the ground, on a prepared surface.
With an electrical screwdriver and simple wood screws, uprights are easily fastened to the panels.
Stretchers in between uprights are fixed with dowels.
Acting on the stretchers, turning them to either side, give the formwork the requested bending.
In this way, a module is formed.
It can be lifted, moved and installed as one-piece.
Assembly continues by joining a pre-formed module to the next with special drawbars.
The external part of the formwork is assembled in the same way as the internal part.
After tie rods bars are threaded through the holes provided between the two opposite uprights, fasten the two walls by tightening the butterfly nuts to the tie rods. To remove the formwork and then re-assemble it somewhere else, just divide it into smaller sections that can be handled as one-piece.
