Board sanding machine SIMMETRICA
- Cleans on 4 sides adjusting itself according to panel width
- Cleans boards up to 52 cm. wide and 13 cm. thick
- Cleans more than 500 sqm/hour
- Without advance chains
- Maintenance free
- Minimum electric power required (1.5 HP)
- With pump to apply dismantling fluid
- Fitted with lifting eyebolts, removable rudder, 13" wheels and safety guards
Patented machine, components and mechanisms.

Operation:
Motion is obtained by 2 driving gear motors on driving rollers. In this way, the traction chain is eliminated and therefore, maintenance and adjustment are not required.
The movable frames are assembled on 4 threaded supports in ductile cast iron with low friction coefficient.
They facilitate handling and allow long life of the screws that adjust the opening of the 2 independent worktables.
Machine symmetrically manufactured with the lateral cleaning rod always aligned to the table axis when thickness changes.
The pump has variable delivery to wash boards and apply dismantling fluid by means of jets fitted on the rod.
Rubber sheaths allow application of dismantling fluid according to the needs.
Driving rollers, thanks to the rounded slots and helical mills along the surface, crash gross cement residues.
The first pair of scrapers carries out the preliminary cleaning and the second pair finishes the operation.
Thanks to the vertical position of the panel, cement pieces fall and are collected in a container.
The dismantling fluid jets wash the panels removing any residual dust in the filters of the recovery container and the rubber sheaths remove excess agent.
Scrapers are made in hardened steel with high wear resistance.
As the scraper is relatively thin, a perfect cleaning is achieved.
Each scraper is independent from the rest.
The particular shape of the scraper allows two useful edges and an easy rotation.
Assemble them simply by pressing
